Preparation
Dice the beef, sauté the onion and garlic and brown the meat, then add tomato paste, sweet paprika, cumin and marjoram. Salt and cover with water. Cook the meat, then add the potatoes in small pieces with their own cooking water, stir, add salt and pepper to taste and bring to the desired density.
