On this circular trail from the "Seelackenmuseum" to the market place you can follow in the footsteps of the Austrian writer Thomas Bernhard (1932-1989). He was a patient in the years 1949-1951 in the lung sanatorium Grafenhof (today: LKH St. Veit). He came again and again to the climatic health resort St. Veit on the "Salzburger Sonnenterrasse" and established a special relationship to this place and its inhabitants. On the occasion of his 10th anniversary of death, this hiking trail was dedicated to him, where orientation boards point to places/objects of particular importance to him.
