The Guido Corsi mountain refuge is located on the southern slope of the Jof Fuart. It can be reached via an easy path, from Sella Nevea by way of the Scalini Pass (3h - E) or the Val di Rio del Lago (3 h - E). It was erected in 1925 to replace the Findenegghütte, a smaller shelter that was destroyed during the first world war. It was dedicated in memory of volunteer Guido Corsi, killed in action at Valderoa Peak (Mount Grappa) in 1917. It is habitually used as a support base for climbing up Jof Fuart, Riofreddo Peak, Vallone Peak and multiple climbing routes on the walls of the Ago, Campanile di Villacco and Madri dei Camosci. From here you can make crossings to the Mazzeni Bivouac Shelter by way of the Lavinal dell'Orso Pass, the Pellarini Refuge by way of the Forcella di Riofreddo Pass and the Cai Gorizia Bivouac Shelter by way of the Vallone Pass.
