The Werfen section of the Austrian Alpine Club operates a climbing and bouldering hall at the location of the elementary school and the “Neue Mittelschule/Sport-Mittelschule” in Werfen (Markt 20/22, entrance next to "Klosterstiege").
Please bring your own climbing equipment.
There is an outdoor climbing garden at the "Werfener Hütte" at the foot of the "Werfener Hochthron". This offers 10 different routes in difficulty levels IV to XIII.
