Meschnik Monte Lussari Refuge

It is located on Holy Mount Lussari, in the Jof Fuart group. It can be reached in 15 minutes with the Monte Lussari Cable Car, or from Camporosso along the Pilgrim’s Path (Sentiero del Pellegrino) (2 h - E). It is a good starting point for excursions to the Cima del Cacciatore (Hunter’s Peak) and the Pellarini Refuge and also for approaching the High Route of the Tarvisio Alps. The Refuge stands together with a few other buildings around the Lussari Marian Shrine.
How to get there:
From Camporosso with the Monte Lussari Cable Car (call Tarvisio Infopoint at +39 0428 2135 for scheduling information) in 15 minutes.
From Valbruna: take the Val Saisera road to where the CAI 615 path starts and then proceed on the 616 and forest road (2 hours).
From Camporosso: along the Pilgrim’s Path CAI 613 (about a 2-hour walk).
