Thanks to the millenary union between man and nature and to the expert hands that work nature's products, Dolomiti Prealpi is also a territory of unique flavors that are born of the contact between the Venetian gastronomic tradition and the traditional dishes of the Dolomites. Among the local products, which show the Biodiversity of the area, you can find the Bean of Lamon IGP, the bean "Gialét", the walnut of Feltre, the Prussian apple, the chestnut of Feltre, the Holy Pumpkin of Belluno, the Sponcio corn flour and the Piave cheese DOP.
